The 360-degree C-frame micro sprayer is available with "Quick" thread. The micro sprayer has a flow rate of 9 GPH @ 20 PSI with spray pattern of up to 2’ in diameter. This series of sprayers has no moving parts and can be used in small trees or for pots of up to 24” diameter.
The Drip Store has a wide range of micro sprayers and jets to meet all of today‘s requirements for micro irrigation needs. The no moving parts micro sprayer can be used for a wide range of applications and is available in a 360° pattern with 45° downward trajectory, used for very small diameters and for watering that requires fine droplet size with low precipitation rate. When low volume overhead irrigation is desired for an area where drip emitters are not practical and micro sprinkler diameters and moving parts are not required nor preferred, the micro sprayers or jets may be what are needed. Like micro sprinklers, micro sprayers and jets are available in a wide variety of styles, flow rates, diameters, and configurations. Like micro sprinklers, they operate at low pressure and require a filter to protect the small orifice of the sprayer from clogging. The main advantages of micro sprayers to some users and growers could be the lack of moving parts, the small to medium sized droplets and the small diameter coverage.
To install the micro sprayer use the complete assembly with spike, micro tubing and barb. If using the micro sprayer with "Quick" thread, use it with one of our poly riser assemblies available in our accessories section.
To install the micro sprayer, first select the flow rate if available, then the pattern. If using the complete assembly micro sprayerwith the spike and the micro tubing, first insert the spike into the ground about 2-4”, then punch a hole into the side of the drip tubing using a punch, and then insert the barb on the micro tubing into the drip tubing.
