The 1/8" poly micro tubing coils from John Deere Water are specially designed to work with Spot Spitter Spray Stick. The 1/8" poly blanh micro tubing coils are available in 100’ and 1000’ lengths and are with .125" ID X .187" OD. This commercial grade black poly micro tubing is UV resistant and made to resist heat and cracking. The 1/8” micro tubing or blank tubing is specially designed to be used in nursery applications for containers and boxes, and it also can be used for landscaping or in the home garden.

To connect the 1/8" micro tubing into the main poly line, punch hole in the blank tubing, near the box or planter and insert the micro tubing directly into the black tubing without using any connector. Layout the micro tubing into the box and secure inside using the Spot spitter spray stick
To install the SPOT-SPITTER use the suggested micro tubing with the correct ID and OD. To replace the spray stick, just pull it out of the micro tubing, and replace with a new head of the same color. Make sure to flush the line before inserting the new spray stick. No tool or glue is required.
To install the SPOT-SPITTER into the drip tubing lateral, first select the flow rate and the spray stick degree of coverage, then insert the spray stick into the 1/8” micro tubing. Next, punch a hole into the side of the drip tubing using a 2 mm punch, and then insert the micro tubing into the drip tubing. No barb connector or other parts are needed.
