Controllers & Sensors
The six station battery operated controller can operate up to six valves plus a master valve. The controller's features include a large LCD display with AM/PM clock, independent programming for each valve, four start times per day, watering duration from one minute to eleven hours and 59 minutes in one-minute increments, 7 day programming schedule or cyclical from 3 hours to 30 days, rain delay of up to 30 days, ability to operate two valves simultaneously and more. The two 9-volt alkaline batteries required are not included.
Designed for multi-valve installations for above the ground or below grade, the waterproof single station battery operated controller, model C014 (DIG 510-000) and the six station battery operated controller, model C035 (DIG 560-000W) can power up to six valves utilizing 3/4” to 2” valves, models C010, C011 C027 and C028. Operating with an 18 VDC solenoid, the single station battery operated controller operates one valve and the six-station battery operated controller has independent programming for up to six valves. The two controllers offer maximum flexibility for a full range of watering requirements, providing solutions for the automation and repair of existing valves in a wide range of irrigation applications.
The C014 (DIG 510.000) single station controller with solenoid, the C035 six station controller and the C038 six station controller with rain sensor connection(DIG series 560-000W and 560-000WS) are waterproof battery operated controllers used with model C009 (DIG # 337-000)DC solenoid, and models C010 through C028 3/4" through 2" valves. The controller with the solenoid can fit many valves with 3/4"-20 thread and most Rain Bird valves using the adapter listed. The advanced single and six station battery operated controllers operate using two 9-volt batteries. The controllers can be programmed to operate drip irrigation or sprinkler systems in residential, commercial or agricultural applications and can be used as a cost-effective repair for existing irrigation systems.
The controllers feature a large LCD display with four buttons to program and complete water proofing capability for use inside a valve box or above ground. Programming features include AM/PM clock, four start times per day, watering duration from one minute to eleven hours and 59 minutes in one-minute increments, 7 day programming schedule or cyclical from 3 hours to 30 days, rain delay of up to 30 days and more. The controllers' two nine-volt alkaline batteries (suggested) can last up to one year.
The C009 (DIG# 337.000) magnetic latching, three color-coded wire solenoid is not included with the C035 and C038 six-station (DIG # 560-000W and 560-000WS) battery operated controllers. The solenoid has three 18” long wires and a manual lever for on/off operation of the valve. The solenoid is a potted design to prevent water or other contaminants from entering the solenoid housing.
The controller can be mounted on other brand name valves using the appropriate threaded adapter available (see list of valves).
