The flow regulated insect proof micro sprinklers are designed to achieve a consistent flow rate in areas with pressure fluctuations and in difficult topography. The flow regulated micro sprinkler has a floating silicon diaphragm with a large water passage to regulate flow, and an integral filter attached to the nozzle to keep particles from entering the nozzle. The flow regulated micro sprinkler’s frame is constructed without a bridge ensuring complete 360-degree coverage for better uniformity.

The 7, 11 and 13 GPH, 360-degree flow regulated micro sprinkler assemblies with purple or black nozzles are insect proof micro sprinklers that can achieve a consistent flow rate in an area with pressure fluctuations or difficult topography along the line. The micro sprinkler has coverage of up to 14’ with 7 GPH and 15’ with 13 GPH, operating in a range of pressures from 20 to 60 PSI. When the spinner is closed at the end of the irrigation cycle insects are prevented from entering the spinner. This micro sprinkler is suited for irrigation under tree canopies, for seedlings, flowerbeds, ground-cover, young saplings, mature trees, and in greenhouses and nurseries. The fully assembled insect proof micro sprinklers come with a spike, 24” micro tubing and barb.
To install the 360-degree micro sprinkler use the complete assembly with spike, micro tubing and barb. To replace the head of the micro sprinkler, pull the head with the nozzle out of the assembly and replace with a new head with the same color nozzle. Make sure to flush the line before inserting the new head with the nozzle. No tool or glue is required.
To install the micro sprinklers, first select the flow rate and the micro sprinkler recommended spacing. Use the assembly with the spike and the micro tubing by first inserting the spike into the ground about 2-4”, then punch a hole into the side of the drip tubing using a punch, and then insert the barb on the micro tubing into the drip tubing.
