The Drip Store’s 2-wire, 9-VDC solenoid is a two-way magnetic latching solenoid with 3/4" - 20 thread used with our C046 and C040 single and four station controllers.
The Drip Store’s model A205 (DIG's R710DC) solenoid is a two-way magnetic latching solenoid with 3/4" - 20 thread designed for use with model C040 (Dig model # 710-000) single-station DC battery operated controller and the C046 (Dig 740-000) four-station battery operated controller. This solenoid can be mounted on other brand name valves using one of the two threaded adapters available. The A205 solenoid is a sealed potted design preventing water or other contaminants from entering the solenoid housing. The normal actuation of the R710DC is via a latching pulse.
