Complete, automated drip irrigation kit for up to 100 pots. This kit can water up to 100 pots or baskets using 2 flow rates of .25 GPH per outlet and .5 GPH per outlet to water different sizes of pots inside a greenhouse. This kit is a complete kit that can be expanded up to 220 pots. This kit is ideal for automatic watering of your pots in a 6' to 12' size greenhouse. This kit contains everything you need to implement a drip system from the controller to the end of the line. Some of the parts included in this kit are 3/4" filter, 100' 1/2" drip hose to use as the main line, 100, 2' length microtube to feed the pots, 20 1 GPH pressure compensating drippers with check valve and 4-outlet, 20 .5 GPH pressure compensating dripper with check valve, 100 stakes, and all the fittings and all the accessories needed to install this system. This system required assembly of the dripper with single outlet, 4-outlet, the micro tubing and the stake Note: The check valve will shutoff when pressure drop below 4 PSI Note: Dip the end of the micro tubing in hot water to make it easy to connect the micro tubing to the stake Important: To make sure that you have an even uniformity from all the stakes use the stake with the water labyrinth for the 4-outlet and the stake with the barb for the single outlet

Installation:
This kit configuration is using a hose bib as a starting point and in this layout the controller in the kit can be use to water up to 100 pots or baskets up to 8" in diameter in one time

From the faucet use battery operated controller (model C001.) Connect the controller to the faucet.
3/4" FHT x 3/4" MPT backflow device (model A016.) Connect the backflow device to the controller.
3/4" FPT X 3/4" FPT adaptor (model A029.) Connect the adaptor to the backflow device
3/4" MPT filter (model F303.) Connect the 3/4" to the adaptor
3/4" FPT X MPT 25-PSI pressure regulator (model A014.) To the filter connect the pressure regulator.
3/4" FPT x 3/4" swivel adaptor (model LF011.) To the pressure regulator connect the swivel adaptor.
100 ft drip tubing with .600 ID x .700 OD (model T003.) To the swivel adaptor connect the 1/2" drip tubing and run the drip tubing into the greenhouse.
1/2" Tee .700 O.D (model LF005.) Inside the greenhouse add a 1/2" tee and to the tee connect the 1/2" drip and run the tubing to each side and close to the first line of pots. If you need to brunch to additional area use the 1/2" tee or elbow. Use one tee per each 4 row of pots and if you need an elbow use (model LF007) elbow for the last row of pots. To the tee or elbow connect the 1/2" drip hose and lay it in the center of each shelve
Turn the water on and flush the line, after you flush the line close the end of the 1/2"drip hose using (model A006) hose end.
1/2" Coupling .700 O.D. (model LF001) use it to connect additional 1/2" pipe or for repair
Plugs (if needed) (model SF007.) Use to repair a small hole on the 1/2".
Between four baskets punch a hole in the 1/2" drip hose using the punch (model A019) and insert a PC dripper (model BG-010 or BG-050.)
To the drippers attach the 4-outlet manifold model GB-40U.
To each of the manifold connect the 1/8" x 24" length (model GD-024.) To the end of the microtube add the stake (model GD-000) and secure it into the pot.
For single pot larger then 8" and up to 12" punch hole in the in the 1/2" tubing using the punch and insert a PC .5 GPH dripper (model BG-050.) Into the dripper attach the single outlet (model GB-10U) and connect the 1/8" x 24" length micrtube (model GD-024.)
To the end of the micro tubing add the stake (model A127) and secure it into the pot, 1-2" from the plant crown.
Turn the water on for 5 to 10 minutes, and check the system. If you need less or more water adjust the time on the controller. The goal is that all the potted plants regardless of size will drain at the same time. Program the controller for about 2 to 4 minute less then the time it took you to test the system
Run the system every one or two days, depending on your location and the soil type. After a week or two check the pots, soil, the health of the plants, and adjust the watering time, if needed
