The 240-degree, Bowsmith Fan-Jet micro sprinkler is the benchmark in low volume spray devices. The blue nozzle Fan-Jet’s has a flow rate of 10.4 GPH at 20 PSI and 13.1 GPH @ 30 PSI with jet pattern of up to 21’ diameter. When low volume overhead irrigation is desired for an area where drip emitters are not practical the Fan-Jet micro sprayers may be what are needed. Like micro sprinklers, the Fan-Jets are available in a variety of flow rates, diameters, and configurations. Like micro sprinklers, they operate at low pressure and require a filter to protect the small orifice of the Fan-Jet from clogging.
