The Drip Store’s model T034 1/4" porous soaker hose is available in 100’ and a flow rate of 36 GPH per 100’ @ 15 PSI. Use the porous soaker tubing with 1/4" barbed fittings for loops around trees, vegetable gardens, flowerbeds, narrow plantings, large pots and containers.
The Drip Store’s porous soaker tubing is extruded pipe made of recycled rubber material. When looked at under a magnified glass, the extruded porous soaker tubing is peppered with many tiny holes, and when under pressure, sweats along the full length of the tubing. The Drip Store’s 1/4", 1/2" and 5/8” laser porous soaker tubing are available only in black color and in 50’ and 100’ lengths. If you install the 1/4", 1/2" or 5/8” porous soaker tubing in your vegetable gardens, flowerbeds, patios, containers, narrow plantings or boxes, you can install up to 12 lines, each with 30‘ long using the 1/4" porous soaker tubing, using the 1/2” drip tubing as the main line.
For residential applications use the 1/4" porous soaker tubing with our 1/4" barbed fittings and the 1/2" porous soaker tubing our compression fittings with .700 OD. The porous soaker tubing can be installed above the ground only and if used above the ground can be covered with mulch to blend it with the landscape.
