How to order from The Drip Store.

1. Go to the “My Account” link located in the top right, in the green bar.
2. Click on “Create a new account”.
• Customer accounts consist of shipping and contact information.
• You must create an account to place an order.
• We do not sell or give out any customer information!
3. Locate the product you would like to order, some ways to do this are
   • by selecting a category in the left navagation.
   • by typing a keyword or model number in our search box located in the top right corner of our website.
   • by browsing the "Specials", "New Items" or "Great Deals" links are in the left vertical navigation
4. Type the quantity you want to purchase and click “Buy Now!” to place items in your cart.
   • Your cart is the box with the pink heading in the right upper corner of the window.
   • You will not be taken to your cart each time a product is added, allowing you to easily continue shopping.
   • You may edit the content of your cart by clicking “Your Cart” highlighted in pink.
   • To view shipping information and receive shipping quotes click “Checkout”.
   • You do not have to enter any payment information to view your shipping options and pricing.
5. During the checkout procedure, please read all shipping notes before making your selection and Please make use of the “Comments” boxif needed.
6. To complete the placement of your order, enter your payment information and click “Continue”.
7. Our site is secured by Network Solutions and credit card information is not kept or stored.
8. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address in your account information with automatic updates.

*Please note that items will stay in your cart until you have completely checked out. If you do not check-out or remove items not purchased from your cart, those items will be added to your cart upon your next log-in.
