All domestic shipments are via UPS or USPS.
Alaska and Hawaii residents note: For these two states we offer US Postal Service if requested. Some larger coils of tubing may not be available to ship Via the USPS.
Domestic Shipping Methods
- All domestic shipments are sent via UPS, except per request at time of ordering for Hawaii and Alaska.

International Shipping Methods
(We will provide price quotes on any of the methods below)
- Container Freight
This method is best for larger orders of one pallet in size or larger. It should be insured and the customer must make this choice. Once the order has been delivered to the carrier the ownership of the product passes to the customer. All fees, freight costs, customs fees and / or import taxes are the customers responsibility. We supply all paperwork and documents to pass the order through U.S. customs. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any needed documentation for receipt of shipment on their end.
- Shipment to your Freight Forwarder in the U.S.
This is considered as a shipment within the U.S.. We will provide extra copies of the invoice for custom purposes and any other documentation we can provide to go along with the order to your forwarders location within the U.S..
The shipment will pass ownership to the customer when received by the forwarding company representing the customer. We will still need billing and contact information for both the forwarder and the customer, please provide this on the secure order form of the web site.
- Air Shipments
These shipments can be done by any of the large international package carriers such as D.H.L., UPS, Airborne or Federal Express. We can also send via air freight companies but be forewarned air freight is expensive!
- United States Postal Service
We have found that on most smaller orders this is the least expensive way to ship orders. We send many orders around the world this way. there are some things to be aware of.
- Insurance may not be available to all locations.
In the event that insurance is not available the customer accepts responsibility of lost or damaged packages.
- We try to use a "Return Receipt" with these shipments to prove delivery.
In the event that a "Return Receipt" is not allowed the customer takes possession of ownership when the packaged is delivered to the U.S. Postal Service. We will show proof of shipping with receipt of shipment from the U.S. Postal service.
- Special Conditions
Some countries impose special restrictions or import licences must be held for packages coming into a country. It is the customers responsibility to know and have all needed items to accept shipment. In the event that a package cannot be accepted and is sent back the customer will be liable for all shipping cost's. If the package will not be sent again we will reimburse the customer for the actual order cost but not the freight cost.

- Credit Cards
Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover is accepted.
- Cashiers Check
A cashiers check must be drawn on a major U.S. bank.
- Wire Transfers
Wire transfers are accepted. There is a $30.00 USD fee for all wire transfers. Please contact us for routing information.
