1 GPH Non-PC Take Apart Emitter Black/Black

This is the classic, stock-standard, tried-and-tested drip emitter. It's inexpensive, reliable, and even comes apart to let you clean it if it gets clogged! This dripper is not pressure compensating, which means it's not the best option for systems with very long runs of tubing, lots of changes in elevation, or that have a water source with unreliable pressure/flow output. That being said, it has a lower minimum operating pressure than pressure compensating drippers - 7 psi vs 10 psi for most PC drippers - which means that it's a better choice for low pressure systems, like ones being fed by gravity. To take this dripper apart, twist the inner disc and the outer body in opposite directions. They can be tough to get apart, so we suggest (gently!) using pliers to loosen the two pieces. Once they're apart, you can easily brush or spray any debris out of it before putting it back together.
