Adjustable drippers are the halfway point between a regular dripper and a micro-sprinkler. They are best used in small areas that need a higher flow rate than what a dripper would provide, but are too small for a micro-sprinkler. Adjust the flow rate of the dripper by twisting the head on top. If you need to clean the dripper, unscrew the head all the way and turn the system on to flush out any blockages.
