Heavy-Duty Back-flow Preventer

The last thing you want is for the water you're pumping out into your garden to get sucked back into the plumbing system of your house. This is called "backflow," and it's more common than it sounds! Luckily the solution to this is inexpensive and easy to use. A backflow preventer - sometimes called an anti-siphon device - will prevent this from happening. 

This backflow preventer has hose threads, meaning it is compatible with other basic system components like the PR204 pressure regulator, F300 filter, and LF003 swivel adapter as well as all standard garden hoses and spigots. Made of glass-reinforced Zytel material, this heavy duty plastic backflow preventer is an economical substitute to brass, which is much more expensive. Use this backflow preventer in higher pressure situations, as it can handle incoming pressure up to 125 psi.
