30 PSI Heavy Duty Pressure Regulator, 3/4" FPT X FPT / PR312

Every system needs a pressure regulator, even systems running off of a PVC pipe or sprinkler riser instead of a hose spigot. This 30 PSI pipe thread regulator is ideal for larger systems that may need a little extra power to reach up hills or to the end of a long run of tubing. While totally safe, 30 PSI is on the high side for a standard drip system, for which we would suggest a 25 PSI regulator like the PR311. 

This fitting has pipe thread ends, meaning it will NOT connect to a garden hose or hose spigot. It can be used to connect to a 3/4" MPT (male pipe thread) fitting, such as an exposed 3/4" sprinkler riser or an adapter coming off of a PVC pipe. It is compatible with other necessary components that use pipe threads such as our recommended basic filter, backflow preventer, or compression adapter.

This heavy duty pressure regulator has reinforced construction that makes it more resilient in the face of the elements, normal working conditions, and even the hands of well meaning but inexperienced installers. It is effective at regulating incoming pressure up to 160 PSI vs 100 PSI incoming for the basic and premium regulators. It also sports a higher maximum flow rate of 720 gph vs the 480 gph max of our line of basic pressure regulators.
