1/2" Compression Ball Valve for .700 OD Drip Tubing

Automatic valves are cool, but they require an expensive controller to use and only have so many programming options. If you want total manual control, then you want a ball valve like the LF030. This valve can be used to open or close part of your system manually, whenever you want. It can also be used as a line end (making it easy to open and flush your system), an emergency shutoff (in case one of your automatic valves fails), and a last-resort flow regulation decide (talk to our customer service reps before you do this!). This 1/2" barbed ball valve is used as an on/off valve and is compatible with 1/2" .700 OD poly drip tubing. To use this fitting, push the tubing into the end of the fitting firmly and at an angle, then walk it up and down while pushing in until the tubing is inside the fitting by at least half an inch. Be aware that once you've gotten the tubing into the fitting it's very difficult to remove it!
