The Drip Store Backordered Product Policy

Orders with backordered product WILL NOT be automatically split into multiple orders. If you'd like a partial shipment, you must contact us. Partial shipments will incur an additional shipping fee.

1. Most products on the website show their available quantity. Products that don't show a quantity are either out of stock or are a product we assemble. The limitations of our system mean we can't show available quantity for assembled product, but you can always call us at 877-597-1669 or email us at [email protected] to check stock.
2. If you add more than the available quantity of a product to your cart, you will get an alert. If you don't get the alert, then the product is in stock. If there are any discrepancies, we will contact you right away. 
3. Backordered product is product you have ordered beyond the available quantity.
4. All orders are shipped complete by default. This means that orders with backordered product on them WILL NOT be automatically split into multiple shipments! If you want us to ship a partial - aka ship what we have available right away and the backordered products when we receive them - you must contact us and let us know.
5. Partial shipments are not free and will incur an additional shipping cost. Orders without free shipping must pay for every shipment. Orders with free shipping get one free shipment, and must pay for any other shipments.
6. Because the website gives a warning for backordered product, The Drip Store will not reach out to you about an order being held due to backordered product.
