- 1/4" barbed fittings are used to connect lengths of 1/4" tubing (either blank tubing or dripline) to other lengths of 1/4" tubing or to 1/2" or larger tubing using a hole punch tool. An angled fitting like the SF004 elbow is great for making sharp turns without needing to use other fittings (such as stakesor c-clamps) to help the tubing hold the curve.
