3/4" (.940 OD) Compression x 3/4" MHT Adapter

A hose spigot is all well and good to use for a drip system, but what if you're working with a FHT fitting instead of a MHT one, as the head of your system? If that's the case, then a threaded fitting like this is exactly what you need to connect your 3/4" .940 OD poly drip tubing to your water source. This fitting has a 3/4" MHT base, which means it'll work with standard hose thread fittings. The other end is a 3/4" compression fitting designed to work with 3/4" .940 OD poly drip tubing.

To use this fitting, push the tubing into the end of the fitting firmly and at an angle, then walk it up and down while pushing in until the tubing is inside the fitting by at least half an inch. Be aware that once you've gotten the tubing into the fitting it's very difficult to remove it!
