The Drip Store's model C205 (DIG's R710DC) solenoid is a two-way magnetic latching solenoid with 3/4" - 20 thread designed for use with model C710A-000 single-station DC battery operated controller, C740A-000 four-station battery operated controller, and the C760A-000 six station battery operated controller.
This solenoid can be mounted on other brand name valves using one of the two threaded adapters available. The C205 solenoid is a sealed potted design preventing water or other contaminants from entering the solenoid housing. The normal actuation of the R710DC is via a latching pulse.
