The 740A four station battery operated controller from DIG includes seven buttons with a large, easy-to-read LCD screen and simple icon-based programming with five start times per day in weekly or cyclical mode, manual operation, monthly budget, a rain delay of up to 99 days, and 20 preset smart programs utilizing historical ET. The controller also features a cyclical mode that runs every 1 to 12 hours that can be used for new planting and germination.
Distinguished among the 7X0A features are twenty Simple Smart™ programs based on monthly historical Evapotranspiration (ET) for spray heads and drip irrigation, with an editing feature that can be used as part of the controller programming. Combining one of the historical Evapotranspiration preset programs and a rain sensor can help seasonally adjust or prevent unnecessary watering.
