* Contacting Us

Due to increased sales and customers it is difficult at times to answer every phone call. We do have an answering service, though, so feel free to leave a message and our staff will get back to you ASAP. You can also just try calling again! Lastly, email is a great alternative if the phones are too busy, so don't hesitate to email us with questions, comments, or concerns.

* Shipping methods

# At this time ALL shipping carriers are adding at least one day to normal shipping times. This includes UPS, FedEx, USPS and trucking companies. Please keep this in mind when estimating transit time for your order.

# We have suspended international shipping for the time being. If you'd like to order from us but live outside the US, your best option would be a freight forwarder in the US. We can still provide all the paperwork a freight forwarder will need from us to process your shipment abroad.

* Supply Chain

Currently, only a few items are experiencing extended delays, mostly items manufactured or assembled in another country. If the delay in restocking an item will be more than a month we will take it off the website. If the delay will only be a few days then we list the item as "Out of Stock" on the website.

We are switching suppliers for some products as needed. These products may look a little different but will provide the same level of quality as the original products. We are mostly doing this for fittings, stakes and accessories as opposed to items like drippers or sprayers to ensure quality is as consistent as possible.

Due to the reduced office staff, we are slower than usual at updating photos of our items. Please bear with us in this regard.
