Since we don't send out spam emails - and since I'm sure you've gotten enough of them about COVID-19 from other companies - we'd like to use this blog post to let you know what's going on at The Drip Store regarding the current coronavirus outbreak.
Hours
Our hours are unchanged. We are still open from 7am to 4pm Pacific time Monday through Friday. We have staff in the office to assist you with ordering, returns, tech support, and design advice via email or phone.
Walk-Ins and Will Calls
In order to keep our staff safe we are not accepting walk-in customers at this time. We are, however, allowing customers to pick up orders via will call. If you're in the Phoenix area and want to get your order personally, please place an order on the website and choose "will call" as your shipping option. Once the order is ready to be picked up one of our staff will contact you with instructions. Feel free to call us if you'd like help choosing what items to order. We are accepting will calls during our normal operating hours.
Shipping
We are still shipping orders as usual and don't expect any delays for the foreseeable future. If you are concerned with the safety of packages shipped from us please see our notice regarding COVID-19 and your TDS order.
